Fi, Bert and Loz were back in the studio today recording vocals and percussion for Get The Call with Mikey, sounds like we've got some good takes. Am really looking forward to hearing it soon!

It's been a long hard process but we're nearly there with the follow up to Heart Is Black. We've been working on the California CD since October 2008 and we're nearly happy now... Still a few more takes to go through, and mixes to finalise, but we think we've got something great - so don't want to release it until it's just right!

We're still working on the follow up to Heart Is Black and are delighted to announce that Loz's pal and former Ride bandmate Mark Gardener is working on a mix of our new single California.

Bert and Fi have been working hard on their Welcome To Peepworld project, they've got a load of great material recorded. Hopefully they'll put on some shows soon.

Legendary broadcaster Rodney Bingenheimer has been playing Inside Out on his Sunday night show on KROQ in LA.

We started recording our next EP recently though it won't be out for a while yet as we're continuing to promote Heart Is Black both in the US and UK. The response has been good so far with the EP getting decent airplay on college radio, charting across the US at various stations and making a few 'Best of 2008' lists.

HEART IS BLACK, our debut release, is out today on i-tunes.

We would also like to say huge thanks to all the people who packed in to the Ben Jonson last night for our launch party. It was a great night!
